Parish Pastoral Council

The aim of the Parish Pastoral Council “is seen as furthering the work of the Church by fostering the spiritual growth of parishioners and leading them to respond actively to their universal call to mission.” (Trish Sunderland, 100yr Centenary Book Kingaroy/Kumbia).

The council can be seen not only as a support team for the parish priest, but to hear and address the idea’s and needs of the parish.

Parish Financial Councils

The Parish Finance Councils are made up of a group of dedicated parishioners who advise the parish priest regarding decisions of parish finances.

Both Parishes have their own finance council with the only common member being our Parish Priest.
